Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

On behalf of our client, a leading energy group, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist.

Main Duties

• Supporting the planning and implementation of the Corporate Responsibility programs and actions of the Directorate for Greece (Projects on environment, society, employer branding etc.)
• Monitoring the development of social programs and evaluating their results
• Analysing the external environment, mainly of the local communities, where the Group operates, and planning proposals aimed at strengthening relations with local communities
• Creating content for the continuous promotion of corporate responsibility actions in Greece, both to internal and external audiences
• Conducting market research for specific donations (suppliers research, etc.)
• Actively participating in organizing events to promote Corporate Responsibility programs
• Coordinating, monitoring and organizing sponsorships
• Collaborating with all business/support units (e.g. environment, safety, marketing, human resources, international operations) within the Group to collect data and information, to create ESG reporting
• Collaborating with the internal and external partners of the Group to ensure the timely and correct implementation of the CSR programs

Requirements

• Degree from a Higher Educational Institution of the University Sector (ΑΕΙ), preferably in communication and media studies, or an equivalent degree from a university abroad with corresponding recognition by DOATAP
• Master's degree with a relevant specialization (desirable qualification but not necessary)
• At least 5 years of experience in positions related to Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Relations, or administrative positions that involve involvement in communication, marketing or planning and implementation of programs and events 
• Excellent command of the English language (FCE degree or equivalent)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
