Your main responsibilities
- Assisting in the analysis of data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
- Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
- Monitor and document actual and estimate reports.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate your insights and recommendations effectively.
- Supporting the development and execution of procurement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or relevant field.
- Between 1-3 years’ proven experience as an analyst in finance.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of Information Systems and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying cost control opportunities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus
