As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our crewing department with: 

Crew Administrator

Duties:

• Arranging flag endorsements of officers and crew 
• Uploading copies of the flag endorsements in computerized personnel system
• Liaising with manning agents to receive missing certificates necessary for flag applications
• Knowledge of new regulations of the flag administration of the company vessels
• Assisting on handling the P&I claims 
• Assisting on handling the legal claims 
• Monitoring of monthly vessels forms
• Dispatching monthly mail to the vessels 
• Preparing handover information before periods out of office including contact details
• Training new staff in all relevant tasks/areas 
• Assisting on arranging enrolment of new or current vessels under the agreed Union
• Any other task, which the Management may require to be carried out, and which is relevant to the duties of the position

Competencies:

• Previous Experience in a marine management related company or equivalent educational background
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Fluent business level Greek and English
• Written communication skills
• Initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills
