About the Role

The role will need to work closely with internal & external collaborators. However, its true potential lies in unlocking alliances and scale across Luxury portfolio – to generate profitable and balanced growth through outstanding execution.

The Customer Marketing Manager Reserve & Luxury will drive the luxury execution in Greece. To deliver exponential value business growth, extending our share leadership through strategic priorities in Tequila, Vodka, Whisky and Rum.

Top Accountabilities:

• Accountable for NSV delivery and Market Share for Diageo Luxury brands

• Coordinate with regional Marketing Luxury team to build & own Luxury strategy.

Influence in-market partners and agencies to develop and complete the right growth strategies for Diageo

• Lead engagement with TLA & RTC to activate at scale

• Builds the Luxury, aspiration for, and purchases of Diageo products by sourcing the right product mix and crafting luxurious drink experiences.

• Applies information from Diageo and the customers to understand sales trends, identifying both the gaps and opportunities leading to brand growth strategies.

• Leverage both in-market and regional SE collaborators to enable the best Luxury execution in Italy (this includes identifying the right RTC enablers and leading cross-portfolio RTC activations)

• Own cross-portfolio activation plans with identified accounts with commercial agreements (JUBP partners)

• Work closely with Marketing Luxury team (SE) and Shopper Markerting unlocking alignments for SP Luxury i.e. Luxury toolkits and assets
5. Operate with the highest standards of compliance, controls and governance & risk management

About you

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • Min 5 years of confirmed experience either leading execution for Luxury Brands, or working in marketing/customer marketing.
  • Experience in Greece and is a requirement
  • Craft the future – lead the breakthrough thinking for the organization to unlock the market growth opportunity. Influence senior partners across Greece to follow your Luxury strategy.
  • Commercial mindset–P&L accountability, you have a record of delivering brilliant execution.
  • Luxury –You are curious and passionate about this area keeping up with trends, competitor activity & discovering the success platforms of the future. Crafting Luxury experience & implementing it to deliver business is critical.
  • Able to build strong networks & relationships, holding tension as required both internally & externally.
  • Analytical skills – you can synthesize and analyze data, generating significant insights and recommendations.
  • Agility to work in a fast paced, matrix organization and the ability to build brilliant collaborations both internal and external to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Effective communicator, driving simplicity.
