Main Responsibilities:

• Handling Customers Service Support
• Managing Business Activities through SAP Software
• Managing Customers’ Orders
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Any other Administrative Responsibilities assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer After Sales Service
• Excellent Relationship & Management skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in English and Greek languages, both orally and in writing

• Experience in using SAP Software will be considered an advantage
