Job Description / Responsibilities / Candidate’s Mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of our experienced and award-winning Customer Success team, who have overall responsibility for customer success management regarding planning, producing, and costing of CRM & loyalty projects and campaigns. You will report to the Customer Success Director.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Understand in-depth clients’ needs, goals and strategies and have close communication with them daily to adequately brief internal resources for certain task deliveries
  • Responsible for collaborating with and managing resources relevant to clients’ deliverables (consultancy, offline and/or online implementations, omnichannel executions, data segmentation-lists exports, testing, reporting, budget management, preparation of financial offers, preparation of presentations etc.)
  • Support client and brand strategies by identifying and proposing CRM & loyalty projects via campaign management & micro-selling programs, from the initial brief to evaluation
  • Plan and prepare proactive proposals according to the strategy of each client/brand, its goals and the target group to which they are addressed

Requirements

  • BSc in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Customer Success Management role, managing accounts and delivering sales targets
  • Work experience in producing & implementing loyalty schemes/campaigns will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
