Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify customer's needs, gather the necessary information and provide the best suitable offers to the customers.
- Provide support and assistance through all channels available (emails, chat, social media both in Greek and English, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Explain policy details and rental agreements.
- Handling client questions or complaints.
- Manage cash, credit card payments and insure accuracy in all transactions.
- Anything related to the customer responsibilities or anything requested by manager under the scope of the position .
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driving license for both automatic and manual cars.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Very good computer and mathematical skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and quick learner.
