Demi Chef

Join our family at Amanzoe as a Demi Chef.

Under the direction of the Sous Chef , the incumbent will assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities.

You will need to be creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work together with the service team to deliver ultimate guest experiences every time.

You will need to have a Degree in Culinary Arts from a certified school in Greece or abroad. You will likely already possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in high-end Restaurants. Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants will be considered as an asset. Fluency in English is desirable, but not essential.
