Purpose
Energy Aspects currently has an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our new office in Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with Extensive knowledge of IT Desktop Infrastructure in Windows, Linux and Mac environments to join our highly regarded team and be part of our successful growth story.
The successful candidate will quickly take on a range of responsibilities and will contribute to the full cycle of our work from User Support, Operating Systems, Directory Services, Hosting & Cloud Services and Networking Technologies.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable advice and using your expertise to help end users solve their technology issues. This position would be ideal for individuals with up to ten years’ experience in IT, and a desire to join a growing company.
This position will require flexibility and the drive to go beyond the core hours when needed, ensuring we all fulfil our goals. All team members are encouraged to build their professional reputation within the industry and are supported by some of the most well-regarded energy sector commentators. You must be able to work independently, as well as be capable of planning and prioritising to achieve success.
