Direct Marketing Executive

We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summits division and Marketing team as a Direct Marketing Executive with potential for personal growth and career opportunities. The position requires a thorough understanding of each event, vendor target market in particular, as well as executing direct email campaigns and communicating with top level business executives all over the world.

This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the Solution Provider target audience for each event in a diverse portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for events to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Promoting our summits to potential solution providers by selecting data from our corporate database and generating interest through direct marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future events.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance event promotion.
• Handling leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders globally to ensure marketing KPIs per event are reached.
• Close cooperation with global sales offices to convert leads into customers.
• Day-to-day running of the corporate database through the CRM.

Qualifications

• EU passport-holder only.
• English speaker (C1 level).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or Marketing).
• Experience in using databases and Email campaign software would be considered an advantage.
• Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must be a team player and determined to achieve personal business targets.
