Job Description - eCommerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations assistant that will be part of our dynamic e-Business department.

 

About the Role

You'll know you're the right person if you're passionate for e-business, marketing, solutions oriented and seamless operations. We need a team player and a doer and someone that is eager to learn and grow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Help with the products and categories content management on the website and the aggregators’ platforms: New uploads, cancellations, categorization, merchandising, etc
  • Help with the process of introducing, removing and transferring Gregorys stores that have delivery service into gregorys.gr and in the aggregators’ platforms
  • Work on content changes in gregorys.gr
  • Help ensure that all stores are correctly connected with the online payments provider
  • Help with resolving issues with external partners in order to ensure the smooth operation of systems and technical connections
  • Offers and e-coupons creation in the system and ensure their correct function through testing
  • Work with the aggregators for the correct creation, testing and implementation of offers in their platfrom
  • Help with resolving issues that prevent the seamless operation of the stores throughout the online delivery flow, eg receive all orders on time in all the different sources (email, POS, printer, etc)
  • Manage stores information in 3rd party websites
  • Upload content and help manage it through the relevant system for the digital signage program
  • Testing of the site and the aggregators to ensure smooth operation and especially after changes (addition/deletion of new products, etc.)
  • Monthly ecoupons per store report
  • Competition Monitoring
  • Assist in New eBusiness Projects, implementation and testing tasks ..

Requirements

  • BΑ/MSc degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Sciences related fields
  • Knowledge & experience of different CMS platforms will be considered a plus
  • Good Project Management Skills
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Very good use of Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to organize time effectively according to set priorities
