Electrical Department Manager (Deputy)

As an Electrical Department Manager

You will manage the operations of Electrical Department in order to achieve the high performance of Electrical, Automation and Radio Navigation Systems of our fleet:

As a part of your role, you will:

• Be the successor and collaborate with the existing Electrical Manager in order to be prepared to undertake the duties of the role
• Manage a team of Electrical Superintendents and Electrical Coordinators
• Manage the daily operations of the Technical Department reporting to the Technical Director
• Provide input regarding the budget

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Solid work experience in a similar role of a shipping company
• Fluency in English
• Strong familiarity with digital applications
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Availability for travelling
