Supervision and coordination of all necessary procedures in cooperation with different units for properly updating systems (CRM, Billing) about the conventional terms of customers, upon customer’s agreement As a Energy Management & B2B Sales Back Office Employee, you will report to the B2B Sales Head and more specifically your duties will be the following:
Keep and update an electronic and physical file with all the necessary documents and communications accompanying customer contracts Manage and keep up to date customers records at regular intervals Contact with relevant units for the preparation of participation of the Company to Tender procedures conducted by customers (public and private sector) Handle customers complaints, aiming to the immediate resolutions of any problems Export, data analysis and generate necessary reports per regular time intervals Collaboration with Key Account Specialists to create monthly reports Customer consumption data analysis Keep and update a list of active customer contracts with all the necessary information Support, provides information and data to B2B Sales Head at ad-hoc tasks Performing administrative and support services for B2B & Settlement Divisions Handling back-office internal processes (procurement, accounting, sales, etc) Contributing, where necessary, to the other tasks of the Energy Management Collaboration with colleagues of other departments, when and wherever it is essential Participation in company’s trainings Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
The ideal candidate for the Energy Management & B2B Sales Back Office Employee position is a professional with:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or relevant field Master’s degree will be considered as a plus At least 2 years of work experience in similar position Computer literate (MS Office) Knowledge of CRM/Billing systems will be consider as plus Good knowledge of English Communication skills both oral and written Organizational skills Numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail Effective time management Multitasking Ability to work independently and also as a team member Παροχές:
