The tasks of the ERP Sales Support Specialist position include:

Submit requests for loading and coordinate deliveries with plants and customers

Communicate with customers order details execution and delivery details/arrangement

Complaint registration related to Order (Specs/Qty/Pricing/Terms) & Transport delivery

Documentation control / check and tracking

Reporting sales results

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

The ideal candidate for the ERP Sales Support Specialist position should have:

Proficient user of the Greek and English language

Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word

1-2 years of working experience in the sales administration area

Sales know-how with emphasis in customer delight is a prerequisite

Experience in Logistics

Excellent communication skills

Sound business and professional ethics

Customer oriented mindset

Teamwork spirit
