EHY Cyprus Limited is a leading energy and maintenance contractor for the prestigious City of Dreams Mediterranean (CODM) in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure the efficient and safe operation of our mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Develop designs for new mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Select appropriate materials and equipment.
• Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing mechanical systems. Troubleshoot issues, schedule regular maintenance, and coordinate repairs.
• Project Management: Manage projects related to mechanical systems upgrades, installations, or replacements. Plan projects, coordinate with contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Energy Management: Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce energy consumption. Conduct energy audits, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to other departments and stakeholders. Train staff, answer technical questions, and offer recommendations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of mechanical systems, including design specifications, maintenance logs, and repair histories. Produce reports on system performance and project progress.
• Vendor Management: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials. Evaluate new technologies and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a facilities management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient practices and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
