CARA is leading the luxury fashion market in Cyprus by delivering thoughtfully curated pieces from the world's most prestigious brands since 1997. In April 2023, CARA opened the first mono-brand LOEWE boutique in Cyprus.

CARA has four strategically located stores in Limassol and Nicosia, including an exclusive multi-brand boutique at Parklane Resort & Spa and the first LOEWE mono-brand boutique in Cyprus situated in The Retail Village at Nammos Limassol within the premises of Parklane Resort & Spa.

Job Description:

We're seeking a Farfetch Operations Admin to join our team, who will be responsible for the seamless processing of online orders, packaging, and maintaining inventory integrity across physical and online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Process online orders received through the Farfetch platform promptly and accurately.
  • Package orders with care, ensuring items are securely wrapped and presented in accordance with our brand standards.
  • Coordinate with other locations to fulfil orders by ordering stock as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, both physical and online, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Organize and optimize physical inventory storage to facilitate efficient order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer inquiries or concerns related to orders and inventory.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience in a similar role needed, but it will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.
