Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts payables/receivables, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Actively participate in the company budgeting process, prepare budgets and financial forecasts monthly, and analyze variances.
• Banking Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll process efficiently.
• Audit Cooperation: Collaborate with auditors to ensure accounting files are prepared as required.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Experience: Proven experience in accounting for at least 5 years.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or holder of LCCI Higher Level or any other relevant qualification.
• Payments/Transactional Banking: Experience in payments or transactional banking is essential; experience in cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
• High-Volume Transactions: Proven experience with extremely high-volume transaction data and multi-currency operations.
• Legal Knowledge: Experience with Russian legalization is highly desirable.
• Software Proficiency: Experienced user of Excel and Esoft accounting software.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English and Russian.
