Floor Supervisor

Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Hilton Hotel, in Nicosia as the Floor Supervisor and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed guest expectations.
• Inspect for needed repairs, report maintenance problems and follow up to ensure the work has been completed.
• Train the housekeeping team, on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests.
• Perform any housekeeping duties necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a hospitality school.
• Fluency in Greek language. Good command of the English language will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
