French Customer Service Agent (Medical Center)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a French hair transplant clinic, is looking for a French Customer Service Agent/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our electronic system.
• Provide general information about our medical services and assist with patient intake procedures.
• Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or healthcare professionals as needed.
• Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor when dealing with patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-Player
• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
