Job Description - Front Office Coordinator

Front Office Coordinator

Job Description
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
• Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role could be an asset.
• Very good command of English language.
• Proficient in using office software and communication tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to take accountability and drive for results.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
