Front Office Manager

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for a  Front Office Manager position at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Hotel & Spa

Duties & Responsibilities

• He/ She is the general in charge of the Front Office. Bear full responsibility for the appearance, cleanliness and preparation of all the area of responsibility, so be ready to welcome customers
• To collaborate with Hotel Manager and make budget proposals of the department, in relation to equipment and staffing
• To maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance, and follow health and safety rules. He/ she is a Leader and a professional model
• To schedule a weekly program for all department staff. To schedule and supervise the annual leave, and staff’s days off
• To train staff and have overall responsibility, so all department staff, be able to respond to the completion of all works in accordance with the standards
• Approves and confirms reservations through travel agents, as well as cases of individual or group bookings. To handle overbooking
• To plan the allocation of rooms. In case of overbooking, to arrange accommodation at another tourist complex, superior or at least the same category

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma from a Hotel School
• Knowledge of Greek or English language
• Management and leadership skills
• At least 3 years experience in a relative position 
• Computer literature
