Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent in Limassol, in the iGaming industry, providing assistance through live chats and emails. Please note that this is an office-based position, and remote work is not available.In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:Handling live chats (up to 3 at a time) and emails.Representing the company with a vivid and responsible personality.Working in shifts on a 24/7 basis with a rotation of 4 days on and 2 days off.Limited phone calls;
majority of interactions through live chats and emails.
Requirements
To thrive in this position, ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:EU passport holderGerman C2 level and good fluency in EnglishCommitment to a long-term roleAbility to work in shifts (if you work on a Public Holiday you get paid double)Strong communication skillsWillingness to relocate (accommodation and relocation package available for international candidates)
