German speaking Collections Specialist - Athens

Role Description

Hey there! We are looking for a German-speaking Collections Specialist to join our team in the gorgeous city of Athens! As part of the role, you'll be in charge of reaching out to customers and assisting with collections related issues. This includes discussing account statuses, negotiating payment plans, and working to resolve any account discrepancies. You'll be playing a big role in maintaining our client relationships, so excellent communication and people skills are a must!

Requirements

• Fluent in German - spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• A valid EU passport or a valid EU ID
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
