Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and fluent German Speaking Customer Service professional to join our team. We are partnering with Singapore Airlines, one of the world's leading airlines, and we are looking for someone to provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking passengers.
As a German Speaking Customer Service representative for Singapore Airlines, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking passengers with their inquiries, providing flight information, handling ticket bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their travel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of Singapore Airlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking passengers
- Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, and any changes
- Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information
- Handle and resolve passenger issues and complaints
- Ensure passengers' needs are met and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the airline industry and flight booking systems is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
