KORRES  is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated  Global Ecommerce Assistant to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.

As a Global Ecommerce Assistant at KORRES , you will play a pivotal role in supporting with day-to-day running of the channels and global expansion plans for our brand. You will work closely with the digital team and the broader marketing and sales teams you will strive to deliver an exceptional online experience for our customers and while identifying growth opportunities and refining operational processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of beauty commerce.

Main Accountabilities

1. Content Management:

· Assist in managing product listings, descriptions and images for new websites

· Assist in optimizing website merchandising and content uploads to improve conversion rates

· Ensure product information accuracy and consistency across all digital channels

2. Inventory Management:

· Support team with inventory tracking and monitoring to ensure product availability and timely replenishment

· Coordinate with supply team for all new online product documentation required

3. Website Maintenance:

· Support team with day-to-day maintenance tasks, including content updates, bug fixes and optimization initiatives

· Use analytic tools to regularly remerchandise the website based on bestsellers and promotions

· Conduct regular website audits and recommend enhancements to improve the customer journey

4. Digital Team Support:

· Support digital team to execute digital marketing campaigns on all channels within specified timelines

· Assist team in generating POs and keeping track of payments

· Provide team with online competitor research and new ideas

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

· Knowledgeable of Ecommerce and demonstrate a strong desire to develop your career in this field

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)

· IT literate, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and an aptitude to become quickly familiar with new systems

· Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry is desirable
