Seeking Head of Sales to lead Southern Europe regional team for solutions optimising vessel and fleet performance through satellite communication, navigation systems, digitalisation, and cyber security.
Manage and motivate a regional sales team, ensure revenue targets are met. Responsibilities include growing mid-market and enterprise B2B sales, developing regional sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
You will coach and mentor team members, provide accurate sales forecasts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
You’ll have experience in sales leadership combined with experience in the shipping, or maritime industries.
