Head of SLA Analytics

The Head of SLA Analytics will facilitate activities, related to underwriting new portfolios, business modeling of existing portfolios, and monitoring securitizations by manipulating and transforming data to provide insights and perform ad-hoc analyses.

Main Accountabilities

• Oversees the development and enhancement of the Business Modelling, Underwriting & Securitization Monitoring analytics toolkit.
• Facilitates underwriting activities by manipulating transaction tape data and providing insights for underwriting assumptions.
• Monitors securitizations by generating insights, performing ad-hoc analyses, and managing stakeholders' data requests.
• Conducts modeling of Cepal’s existing portfolios, including data manipulation and the provision of insights and analyses.

Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration from an accredited college or university
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or consulting industry, servicers or funds
• Deep understanding of the NPL servicing business with indicative experience in portfolio strategy, underwriting, transactions, business modelling, securitizations monitoring, business analytics
• Proven experience in processing large volumes of data and executing SQL queries for extract/manipulation purposes to generate business insights; knowledge of Python would be considered as an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
