Responsibilities:

• All-purpose cleaner
• Glass cleaner
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, overseeing repairs and addressing tenant concerns promptly.
• Quick problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure properties are well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
• Strong communication skills to liaise with tenants, contractors, and property managers.
• Proficiency in basic repairs, upkeep, and maintenance of properties.
