Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Manager to create the future employee’s folder with all necessary hiring documents.
Registration of new hires , Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents .
Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists etc.) and proceeding with submissions of dismissals .
Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues.
Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so as for every seasonal employee to be able to receive unemployment allowance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage
Fluency in English is essential
Excellent knowledge of MS Office - excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential
Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Organizational and time management skills
Capable to work productively under pressure and with strict deadlines
Prioritization and Multitasking performance skills
Team working skills
Reliable and capable to handle sensitive information
Capable of maintaining confidentiality
Previous experience in similar position would be much appreciated
