Job Description - HR Coordinator- fixed term contract (maternity cover for 12 to 14 months)

Your role

The HR Coordinator handles operational support, administrative management, and the HR performance cycle within the Human Resources department, aiming to enhance and modernize HR processes and procedures.

What you’ll do 

  • Administer core HR activities and handle day-to-day employee requests. 
  • Assist in the implementation of Global, EMEA, and local HR policies as well as HR projects.
  • Facilitate payroll processes in alignment with the external payroll provider. 
  • Participate to the execution of Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition processes in all administrative matters. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team lead to oversee the performance management cycle and necessary interventions (goal setting, appraisals, development processes, initiatives, and projects). 
  • Provide necessary assistance and guidance for people managers in the hiring processes. 
  • Work as part of the operational function within the broader HR team and ensure that HR Excellence is always met and sustainable for the future, taking into consideration the organization's growth.
  • What you’ll need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration/HR with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a technology international company is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Performance Management would be an asset.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ERGANI system is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
  • Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken.
  • IT literacy, good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (. Excel).
