HR Generalist

This role starts as a fixed-term maternity cover position with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. You will have a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our Global HR team, lead our recruitment strategy in Greece and create a momentum during our journey to grow. 

Your tasks

As an experienced HR generalist, you will be the contact person for managers and employees regarding all employment-related matters and will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process

You will execute the local recruitment strategy to support our growing business and collaborate closely with the hiring manager, the global HR-Team as well as external agencies

You will provide active support with all personnel concerns and will address labor law, social security and payroll related matters

You will be responsible for managing both established and new HR processes at our location in Thessaloniki You will take care of general data maintenance on HR tools and lists (incl. Success Factors, time recording tools, etc.) and HR reports

Interface and collaboration with the Centres of Expertise teams on all aspects of the HR arena and projects, e.g. employee surveys, rollout of employee benefits, salary and bonus evaluation

Your profile

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources and/or labor law or a comparable qualification

Professional experience, ideally as an HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of recruitment practices

Previous experience within the high-tech- and production industry and engineering field is an advantage

Good knowledge of the Greek candidate market as well as experience in high-performing recruiting channels

Interdisciplinary knowledge in Greek labor and social security law are part of your skillset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of commitment to proactively initiate tasks and persistently promote their implementation
