Role Overview:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring that our people strategies align with our business goals. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the seamless execution of ACCA/ACA trainee contracts.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and organizational culture.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Head of HR or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus.
