HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  HR Intern to join our team in Limassol. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship will provide valuable exposure to recruitment, HR administration, and other HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and preparing HR-related documents
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing company events and activities
• Assist with training and development programs
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required
