Job Description - HR Manager

Are you an experienced HR Professional ? Are you interested in taking the next step in your career in an international organization with worldwide exposure?   • Reviews, updates and drafts HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislation
  • Researches, designs and implements HR projects on time and on budget
  • Provides to CEO and Board of Directors HR advice in relation to employee relation matters, including assisting with investigations, and making recommendations for appropriate action
  • Planning and supporting the implementation of annual processes such as performance management, career management, appraisals
  • Ensures appropriate HR systems and processes are in place and continually improved to support operational needs, supporting and communicating changes where necessary
  • Effectively manages the full recruitment, induction and leavers process
  • Keeps aware of HR best practice at all times and adheres and promotes all data protection legislation and best practice
  • Strengthening employer branding through related activities and communication
  • Identifying employees' training needs, organising and implementing training

Requirements

  • BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of Labour Legislation
  • Good command of IT tools and technological devices, including MS Office
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Greek language
  • Ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to communicate corporate culture and structures
  • People-oriented approach combined with a focus on results and objectives
  • Analytical and critical ability with attention to detail
