HR Officer (Fixed term contract)

The Role:

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our HR functions. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will be critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including  job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR-related matters, providing  timely and effective resolutions

• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues

• Dealing with grievances and violations proceeding to disciplinary action when required

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

• Overseeing and reviewing payroll in collaboration with external provider

Requirements

In order to be successful in the above role you need to have:

• 3+ years of general Human Resources experience

• Bachelor in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant field (MSc in HR an asset)

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
