HR & Payroll Systems Consultant

SoftOne is looking for an HR & Payroll Systems Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software
• Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Design, develop and deliver end user training
• Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions
• Keeping updated with changes in government regulations

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ of experience in Payroll positions, previous working experience as payroll consultant will be considered as a strong asset

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures
• Good knowledge of payroll software products will be an asset
• Excellent customer-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
