Job Description
•Supporting the development of change strategies based on assessment findings.
•Collaborating with relevant communication teams and the Change Lead, to ensure that program communication is customized for local audiences, delivered at the right time, and through appropriate channels.
•Identifying local requirements for change and communication initiatives, including translation and adaptation of materials as necessary.
• Organizing and facilitating local training activities and other program-related events, with a focus on adapting training materials to meet local needs.
• Reviewing translated texts to ensure accuracy and adding localized nuances to improve overall effectiveness of communications within the change management process.
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Business Administration or related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or Change Management / Marketing Communications role.
• Fluency in English written & verbal
• Presentation and training skills
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a team player.
• Workday experience would be considered as an asset
