HR Specialist

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a HR Specialist.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Posting all company’s vacancies at different resources for proper searching process
• Cooperate with managers and assist them in job description preparation for new vacancies
• Source and recruit candidates 
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Take part in on boarding process for new employees
• Take part in organization of social events and CSR initiatives
• Updating hard and electronic HR database 
  
• Prepare HR documents, such as employment agreements and confirmations
• Be involved in the immigration process by communicating with agents and collecting needed documents

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related filed, a Masters in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
• 2 years of experience in a similar position 
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy, knowledge of BambooHR will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent in English and Greek. Russian will be considered as an advantage
