In-house Corporate Lawyer

Gameteq Cyprus Ltd is an international company developing mobile and browser MMO games. We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft various agreements (employment, subcontractors’, commercial, service, intellectual property, license, property related, loan, intercompany), as well as general terms of business, NDAs, other legal documents, etc;
• Review of banking related documentation, products, loans etc. Ensure compliance with Cyprus laws and legislations, including but not limited to employment law, AML and GDPR legislation;
• Develop, implement and monitor Company’s compliance controls and policies;
• On-going review and maintenance of corporate records, registers, and filings with Governmental authorities;
• Direct/participate in corporate actions including statutory changes, issuing of shares, reorganizations, incorporation of new entities etc;
• Communicate and coordinate with external legal counsel on any requirements for external legal work, legal opinions and representation before court or third parties; 
• Research, anticipate and guard the Company against legal risks.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience;
• University Degree in Law;
• Proficiency in Greek and English languages is a must;
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills;
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail;
