Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
