Interior Architect (7606)

CareerFinders , on behalf of our client, an industry-leading importer, distributor and designer of luxury Italian interior furnishings across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Interior Architect to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Interior Architect, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, and other built-in furniture offered by the Company.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, creating detailed plans and layouts. You should be educated to degree level Interior Design, Architecture of similar, and will need to possess approximately 3 years of proven experience in a relevant role, including excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Designing kitchens, cabinets, doors, and other built-in furniture offered by the Company.
• Preparing quotes.
• Providing customer service as needed.
• Collaborating internally with other departments.
• Actively participates in planning and executing initiatives to increase company sales.
• Monitors daily targets for timely customer service and strives to meet them through appropriate actions and initiatives.
• Implements the company's pricing policy.
• Ensures thorough knowledge of all company products.
• Collects all necessary information and, in consultation with the customer, designs spaces and furniture according to the customer's needs.
• Conducts appropriate measurements in spaces as needed to accurately complete the design.
• Ensures all necessary information as per company procedures and policies is gathered to proceed with orders and enable the workshop to perform required tasks without errors.
• Ensures consistent and prompt customer service according to company obligations and policies.
• Prepares customer quotes in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Maintains excellent professional relationships with company clients.
• Adheres strictly to the company’s confidentiality rules and does not expose the company to risks.
• Manages incoming customer requests effectively and with a service-oriented approach, avoiding conflicts with customers under any circumstances.
• Monitors orders and customer requests daily to ensure timely completion. In case of delays, coordinates with the Manager to inform the customer promptly.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Interior/Architectural Design.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc...).
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail.
