Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the strategic business impact of Internal Coaching.
• Facilitate coaching training, empowering developers to coach their less senior colleagues.
• Ensure the effectiveness of coaches through continuous support and assessment mechanisms.
• Focus on soft skills training and coaching for all professionals.
• Effectively intervene in challenging cases, promoting team effectiveness.
• Implement engagement strategies and team activities.
• Follow up on KPIs and metrics for professionals' engagement and development.
• Build trustful relationships with professionals, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of proven experience as an internal coach or in relevant people development roles, preferably in a tech environment.
• Advanced skills in 1-1 and team coaching.
• Strong understanding of core soft skills in a business environment.
• Experience in facilitating soft skills training/workshops.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor and/or MBA to a relevant field of coaching, psychology, organizational psychology
• Certification in professional coaching (e.g., ICF, ICA) is a plus.
