Job Description - International Sales Area Manager

In Evergrow SA we are looking for an International Sales Area Manager, on behalf of a client, a well-established industrial and commercial company, operating in the food industry. The company is committed to offer to its clients, products of high quality and taste. The products are available through all distribution channels in Greece, while a significant proportion goes abroad, since the company steadily extends its activities into markets overseas.

About the role

The International Sales Area Manager is responsible for managing the activities referring to local customers and abroad. Our ideal candidate will be challenged and embrace the company’s clear vision to establish a strong presence in a fast-growing environment, additionally to expand market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and maintain key relationships with already existing clients
  • Analyze and monitor market and sales providing input to the company
  • Organize & attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings with clients overseas
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend opportunities for larger activations and partnerships that reach across multiple channels
  • Evaluate processes to identify opportunities to reduce risks and/or costs for export control activities
  • Manage orders dealing with client’s issues when needed
  • Maintain existing and create new export classification processes, and ensure they are enforced
  • Ensures coordination with Marketing department to monitor all initiatives for the company
  • Align internal organization towards the customer needs and market trends
  • Reporting, data analytics, preparing forecasts

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar position in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale nationwide network
  • Strong network of decision-making Food and Beverage Buyers
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, other languages are considered as an additional qualification
  • Project management, organization, attention to detail, results orientation
  • Business acumen with strong focus in goals' achievement
  • Advanced communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel
