As the face of our IT support team, you'll be responsible for providing on-site assistance to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. From troubleshooting hardware and software problems to implementing upgrades and ensuring compliance with IT standards, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stores. About the role:
Provide service and store support during field visits or dispatches.
Μanage telecommunications systems and other electronic support systems related to the company operations.
Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Document processes.
Ensure security of data, network accesses and backup systems.
Audit systems and identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions within timelines.
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Key Requirements:
University and/or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Proven Field Service experience.
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Driving Diploma
Working in Shifts
