IT Operator

We are looking for a talented Systems Operator to join our team on behalf our major client in banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Executing and monitoring batch flows and scheduled processes.
• Continuously monitor the operation of central systems and peripheral applications/systems.
• Early diagnosis and treatment of problems that arise during the operation of flows and monitoring of applications.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, System Administration, or related field.
• Experience with IBM Z-series Systems: Knowledge and experience with MVS Operating System and MVS BMC Control-M Job Scheduling will be a plus.
• Experience with IBM i-Series Systems: Familiarity with the Operating System, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Windows OS.
• Ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
• Team spirit and collaboration.
• Responsibility, methodical approach, and consistency.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
• Ability to work in shifts (24x7 coverage).
