IT Solutions Generalist (Mid-Level)

We are seeking to hire an IT Solutions Generalist (Mid-Level) with fluent Greekto join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.

What the candidate will do:

On Technology Service Management

o Aligns the contribution of specified systems and services to clearly stated organizational, financial goals and performance targets.

o Understands clearly the big picture, able to emphasize and present the strong and weak points of technology building blocks

o Recommends options for sourcing — whether in-house, outsourced, or a combination

On Stakeholder Management

o Facilitates the engagement of organization’s stakeholders in support of the delivery of business cases, solutions proposals, security requirements and other quality standards

o Negotiates to ensure that stakeholders understand and agree on what is business significant and that appropriate agreements are defined

o Deals with problems - issues - unknowns, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.

On Proposal Management

o Reviews business cases (requirements, potential benefits and options) and recommends appropriate procurement routes

o Using market knowledge to inform specifications, ensures detailed pre-qualification questionnaires and IT tender invitations are prepared.

o Prepares the recommendary note to the procurement board following specific templates (scope, cost, risk, schedule, technology solution, vendor maturity)

On Supplier Management

o Encourages co-innovation and value co-creation for business cases and solution packs

o Proactively engages suppliers for mutual benefit to resolve business challenges and operational malfunctions

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

· At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry or other business field (IT related)

· At least 1 year of professional experience in large scale organizations (> 300 people)

· At least 1 year experience on technical sales/ IT solutions enablement role or

· At least 1 year experience on ICT proposal coordination
