IT Support Officer

Seeking to recruit an IT Support Officer who is willing to learn, expand his knowledge with continuous personal development.

Requirements:

• University degree Informatics or Computer science, Engineering or any related degree.
• Excellent knowledge of the Windows Desktop operating system.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of computer networks.
• One year of experience in user support and problem-solving will be considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Greek (written & verbal) and good knowledge of the English language.

The Successful Candidate is expected to:

• First level hardware support of the users’ desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, network etc.
• Technical support and guidance for users of the various Departments / Services of the Customer.
• First level software support of the users’ desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, network etc.
• Possible support users in different buildings.
• Daily routine checkup and reporting of issues
• Other operational issues of the Customer’s IT services.

The position is available on a services contract basis for one (1) year at least

Working hours: 07.00am - 08.30am till 02.30 - 04.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Type of employment: Full time, contract-based, customer’s onsite premises (Nicosia)
