We are searching for an IT Technical Support to join our growing Limassol-based team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of workstations for new employees.
• Manage Office 365 (User accounts, emails, credentials)
• Manage Active Directory (User accounts, passwords
• Assisting users in troubleshooting common computer issues or concerns
• Computer/Mobile/Printer hardware or software troubleshooting
• Network equipment installation and maintenance
• Printer maintenance
• Management of Inventory of equipment and software licenses

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support/helpdesk or similar position
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Office 365
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers
• Proficient with Networking (Routers, switches, cable structuring
• Be able to work on his/her own initiative
• Demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies
• Have high quality inter-personal skills
• Well organized and records tracking personnel
