• Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers from Italy.
• Providing product information and answering customer inquiries.
• Assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
