Job Description

We are seeking for a Software Developer focusing on Android development, who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of payment-related applications, services, and framework functionality.

The ideal candidate will

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android Platform using Java
• Maintenance existing production app using Java
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and root cause bottlenecks and fix bugs improving application performance

Requirements

• Development of POS financial applications
• Minimum 3-4 years of Android/iOS experience
• Working experience with Android in API level 16 and up
• Strong understanding of the Android ecosystem and its design patterns
• Knowledge on designing UIs for Android
• Good understanding on REST
• Knowledge on design patterns, object-oriented principles and object-oriented design
